@nGi6b9CY @fuckccpers @whyyoutouzhele 有退休工资且退休工资不低或者有房产证明之类的应该是能开的。信用卡是要审批授信额度的，跟房贷消费贷一样，评估下来没有还款能力就开不出，这在任何国家都是一样。

@skorpien @eyeslasho It makes sense. In mainland China the divorce rate is even higher than it in UK Chinese communities. I am more surprised why Pakistani divorce rate can be much higher than Indian
