Fmr. chair of nonpartisan congressional Medicaid advisory group Sara Rosenbaum shares this sentiment on Trump opioid plan, tells me: "It's as if one side of the administration doesn't seem to know what the other side is doing."
This cannot go unsaid as Trump rolls out his opioid plan in New Hampshire today.
He still seeks to severely cut Medicaid, far and away the number 1 opioid treatment provider in New Hampshire and nationally.
This is like trying to hit a baseball but taking away the bats.
