See what almost 60,000 young people had to say for Children's Mental Health Week on the theme "Know Yourself. Grow Yourself." πŸ‘‡ We asked them if learning about their emotions helps them feel better and the results were mixed! Many said understanding how they're feeling can help them to regulate and cope with their emotions more effectively. However others, particularly Secondary students, said it can be scary to confront your emotions. Read more:
