Hey all. It’s stupid cold. Our ups driver isn’t delivering at all today because of the aforementioned cold. We’re gonna close early at 3pm today so as to get home and out of the cold. We think we all should be home and warm today. See ya tomorrow!

We're back at Gallery Bookstore this weekend to help clear the stacks, just shorter hours. 12-4 Sat and 10-4 Sun. Will be back on the 23rd for one last hurrah. So, come get your weird, your historical, your 1st editions, your Chicago history...and so much more.

There’s a water main break a few doors down. Thus we have no water. Meaning no coffee and no washrooms at the moment. We do have books!

Tomorrow (MON) night we are meeting up to chat (and drink) and distract ourselves for a few hours with Sally Rooney at a fav bar in the neighborhood. Join us at Bangers & Lace 6-8pm to drink, talk Intermezzo, and pretend for a few hours the election isn’t hours away.

We will be back next Saturday. Despite yesterdays chaos, we barely made a dent. So many goodies left (plus a whole basement we have to bring up). We will hand out time tickets at the door so no one has to wait outside long this time. See you SAT!
