Great to see Commissioner-designate @GlennMicallef recognise the role of youth & intergenerational fairness in the European project. Young people & youth organisations need bold policies on social & economic inclusion, climate action and many more.
Few areas are as close to EU citizens' daily lives and experiences as youth, intergenerational fairness, sport, and culture. Looking forward to working together with/ President @vonderleyen towards one goal: making Europe stronger. 2/2

Young people cannot be treated differently just because they are young. We need to guarantee them the same rights & pay as other employees. Equal rights and fair pay are non-negotiable for young talents and the @EU_EESC stands ready to support them. #EESCplenary
