@PessoaBrain Cool article! In addition, at criticality even in simple models, the correlation between structure & function drops

@MonchyNoemie Hello, an interesting work, thanks for sharing! Did I understand correctly that you at first identified the "true oscillations" from the PSD peaks (e.g. there is a peak in 8-12Hz -> we have alpha) and then you computed FC in those bands?

@KordingLab So I think that those results do not invalidate the E/I hypothesis but highlights that a dynamical system such as neuronal population may have dynamic control parameters that vary in time

@KordingLab Connectivity strength between neurons is another important property where not just 'weight' of connections but also their distribution plays a role (realistic heavy-tailed SC leads to different crit. landscape in comp. to uniform

@Tomdonoghue hm, looks interesting! Is there anyway to contribute (e.g. add some other measurements? )

@dan_marinazzo Can methods that try to reduce the effect of the leakage (e.g. fidelity weightning) negate it?

@Leesplez So, why pursie if this is a complete bullshit? Seriously, payment is low, effort is enormous, I dont actually see any reason to do that.

@MariannaAngiol1 @SilviaScarpetta @PierpaSorre Hey, a cool research! Interestingly, that in our recent paper ( ) we found a bit orthogonal results : a linear correlation between SC and FC are _reduced_ around criticality! Maybe because we operationalized functional relations differently

@MillerLabMIT However, it looks that the "knife's edge" is not an actual edge or singular point, but rather a region of parameters aka Griffiths Phase
