What happens to slaughterhouse workers? Killing for a living often leads factory workers, who are usually poor immigrants, to become sadistic. Farm workers are 4 times more likely to commit suicide than the general public. Veganism is for human rights, too.

If we stop breeding billions of farmed animals, we could feed an additional four billion people with the cropland currently used to grow animal feed. If we eat simply, others may simply eat.
