Today, we released the Compendium of Technologies developed under the Scheme for Young Scientists and Technologists (SYST). This significant publication showcases the remarkable work of our young researchers who have dedicated their talents to socially relevant R&D. It was conducted in the presence of distinguished Committee members Prof. Satish Agnihotri, Prof. Gyanmudra, Shri J.P. Singh, Dr. Sharad Srivastava, Dr Tarunkant, Dr Nazni, Dr Sadhana, and Dr Rashmi Sharma. This compendium is not just a collection of technologies, but a beacon of innovation, symbolizing the relentless pursuit of knowledge and its application for societal benefit. Among the many breakthroughs featured are 'Gout Out,' a novel herbal formulation for managing gouty arthritis, and a pioneering sensor-based typhus scrub detection tool. It also includes ergonomic equipment for bamboo artisans, tissue culture technology for dwarf cherry trees, and a cutting-edge dissolvable micro-needle prototype for vaccine delivery. The SYST program's support has been pivotal in fostering the intellectual growth of these young scientist. This initiative underscores our commitment to empowering the next generation of scientists and innovators, thereby propelling our nation towards a brighter and more technologically advanced future.

A young researcher denied opportunity, suffers huge financial loss (a huge amount in a beginners salary) @Singh_Prashasti It cant be undone now but at least some one should be accountable. At least a response/ message is the min expected. @NLinIndia @VFSGlobal

@guptaakhilesh63 @UNESCO @DrJitendraSingh @IndiaDST @rajesh_gokhale @Moumita48214112 @AjaySoodIISc @PrinSciAdvGoI @serbonline We first need to know what is the nationally accepted definition of Open Science. This has to then get translated into policy mandates, which subsequently need to reach to institutions and individuals. Scoreboard, Outlook Surveys will be meaningful when our Science really opens.
