They can't delete data. The systems keep track of everything. Also they have record management systems to preserve everything. All the system are monitored 24x7 with intrusion detection systems etc. To make changes they have to get permission from operation systems where they are given temporary access. The request has to be submitted and approved. That process has a audit trail.

@jasonpizzino Need to add the Federal employees and Federal contracts and folks that support them job cuts in your calculations. There are talking 30% to 50% job cuts across the board.
