this is why i believe The Book of Us series is god tier. Artists usually write parting songs in one perspective & they're rarely released consequently. But TBOU was different. A genius masterpiece that compiled diff perspectives, forms, and aspects of a relationship and love.
Yes, DAY6 is so good at making songs about parting!!!! I think they're sooo good at it (and not just about parting per se but it applies to all their songs) because they view those topics in various perspectives and write about those that way!
