A lot of the conversation surrounding the hit was by and large brushed off by people leaping to defend a character who was-at the time-meant to be committing terrible acts, the way the community (and show) treated it and its effects on vi still leave a bad taste in my mouth.
Glad people wanna have a conversation about how mocking a fictional character’s trauma can be insulting to victims in real life regarding Cait’s kidnapping but considering some of this is coming from the same fans who were mocking how DV victims felt about the hit scene? lol okay.
