@premierinn If we don’t have this conversation in public, then the £380 odd that this experience has cost me won’t benefit anyone else. Bear in mind I had to book another, more expensive hotel OPPOSITE the Premier Inn, unaware that I already had a booking in the hotel next door.

@premierinn Thank you for reply. I think we might be past that now Liam. The whole mess started because I didn’t receive a confirmation by email, so didn’t have a record of the reservation. My wife & I spent time on the phone, trying to verify whether my booking was made at all!

@premierinn I’d love to know your response to this. Never had cause to complain before, and the ladies on Friday appeared to genuinely try to locate my booking, but the girl this morning couldn’t care less that I had been charge £400 for something I tried to cancel. Furious.

@premierinn Furthermore, I physically turned up to the hotel & was treated beautifully by the duty manager who said, “Here’s the customer service number. They will sort it all out.” Girl on the phone just repeatedly said ”Will you let me finish?” Over and Over. SO FRUSTRATING.
