@EurekaForbes @jagograhakjago i have raised one service request (CM0503236996976) for my water filter which is not working since Sunday. This is the second time facing the same issue. Last time also it took 10days to respond. I am not sure if we as customer taken serious or not

@EurekaForbes I have raised an issue with my water filter on 6th(CM0602236090930).An Engineer came and attended and said we need to replace the water pump.But on that day they said that part is not on stock. So we have to wait. And now its more than 5days. So Far still no update.
