Today the Dementia team received a lovely card and gift from a grateful relative of a patient that @AllambyNatasha and @saka8920 supported at the end of their life. I’m very proud of you both, and the kindness and compassion you give to our patients living with #dementia @DCHFT

Today I attend a creative health workshop which was so interesting and came away with lots of reflections and thoughts about the future and way for forward for holistic person centered care. While I was away the rest of my team continued the fabulous work with @BSOrchestra
