I have just finished reading @karthik_econ book “Accelerating India’s Development - A state led Roadmap For Effective Governance” The book is based on grassroot work and study of several states of India and is extremely well researched. It focuses on data,outcomes,good governance, enhancing state capacity - all key elements for Indian States to grow with rapidly improving learning outcomes, enhancing health standards and eliminating wasting & stunting. This is a must read book for every civil servant of India.
