@Harshad9876 @kalapian_ @ActusDei Yes; but so long as an ordinary person's legitimate work is stalled for non-payment of bribe, and when authorities laugh at complaints about bribery (because everyone does it), there's no way out. Corruption is the virus that's destroying us. One person alone can't tackle it.
