10 yrs ago, I bought a new Barratt home, now I’m stuck in the nightmare of trying to sell. Barratt seemingly cut & run from the project, the 100’s of loose ends to tie has meant a 5 month slog to get a Deed of Variation before I can exchange contracts. @Barrattplc

@barratthomes_ This Deed of Variation now sits waiting to be signed by BDW = delaying the process yet again. Building developments = a licence to print money from the subsequent “Property Management Companies” that are left “in charge “. @Barrattplc
