@QueenetWrites @T_VillainV I recently niched down, so I haven't started sharing faith-based content yet. But you can check out my other writings on LinkedIn! I'll officially kick things off on Friday.

@QueenetWrites @T_VillainV This! I tried writing under different niches - nature, beauty, food - but I wasn't really excited about them. I decided to check what I really liked and boom!, I niched down to faith-based writing. Turns out that was my thing all along.

I've only finished my first draft so I guess I'll just have to find out.
How many drafts do you go through before you’re finally satisfied? I don’t think I have a magic number yet #writingq #writers #WritingCommunity

@rachkmc I'm working on my book. I've finished the first draft and taking a breather before I start editing it.

I just start writing. At times I start by writing about how I'm unable to write and soon, I'm in the zone. Other days, I take a break. Bury myself in a book or anything else to distract myself.
How do you force yourself to write on days you have absolutely zero creative spark? Or do you pull a me, take many long, pondering walks and clean the whole house?

I feel you. I almost struggled with this while writing the first draft of my book. What I did was that I just kept writing. I wrote everything and anything that came to mind. I just poured it all out. I'll deal with the mess when editing.
So many think the difficult part of the writing process us editing. I think it's the first draft. The perfectionist syndrome and procrastination are hard to deal with. I will rather imagine my book all day than actually writing it. What do y'all think?

I be feeling so proud of my work while writing. Once done, my confidence wanes and I start looking for someone to give me a second opinion before I post. Some days are like that. Some more than others. 😪
Being a writer means having a constantly battle between being overconfident in your writing and thinking it’s complete trash
