: ̗̀➛I struggled a lot with binging before and for some reason this diet really made me stop having cravings for my usual binge foods(chocolate, bread and sweets in general lol)

I did around 6-7k steps and 1h of PE, something that I want to mention is that I NEVER counted the burned kcal
: ̗̀➛Please keep in mind after eating so little for a period of time like this it won't be extremely easy to maintain
The only thing to be cautious about is to NOT binge after ending this
I ate about 400 kcal the day after and gained 0.2kg(which thankfully is not a lot)
