Just as narratives evolve, scam schemes and methods evolve too. Until I got scammed around mid-last 2 years, I wasn’t aware of this particular scam method that I’m about to share with you. It’s called Wallet Poisoning. From the name, you might think it involves receiving a scam coin in your wallet—but it’s more than that. Wallet poisoning is where fraudsters manipulate transaction histories in your wallet to deceive you into sending funds to an incorrect address. It involves targeting the user's reliance on transaction history for copying and pasting addresses. What a smart way to scam someone, but it doesn't end there.
