If this is true I am disappointed that Max didn't ignore this. He didn't do anything wrong. Since may the team has been putting the pressure on him to deliver while others are underperforming, poor upgrades, poor pit stops, poor strategy. It's not his sleep that's the issue here.

I'd suggest watching some races from the 90s, 80s and earlier. It might open your eyes as to what racing is.

Max made mistakes when he was struggling with the car. When it mattered most he stuck it on pole and won the race without a single mistake. The same cannot be said for Charles who actually went off and ruined his chances for P2. Focus on your driver.

Ferrari was easily the fastest car today. Max and Checo had an advantage in the end because they were on fresher tires, that and the safety car is why Max won. Maybe if Charles pitted he could've raced Max for the win.
