there are a few issues with allowing all languages which is why we keep it in english only. mainly it'd put a lot of pressure on multilingual mods to show up to every stream, as we can't translate every message in chat as it's too fast :) makes our job a lot easier!

It isn't. Twitch's TOS doesn't protect mods in any way and we have no formal agreement saying we have to mod. The team has been curated by me and others, and the moderation bot is maintained by me. This is my work and not Wilbur's. He isn't involved at all.
