if you wanna read even more about it the book "the cycle" by shalene gupta is a very well rounded and easy to understand book about pmdd/pme/pms and talks about the history, science and politics of the disorder(s) as well as giving different ppls accounts it's super interesting!

@astergette omg me too sometimes i wld look at people's handwriting and end up tell them a deep insecurity of their (i was literally just guessing) and i don't think people liked showing me their handwriting after that 😭😭😭

and also science people GO OVER UR PRACTICALS like they might not seem super important but for aqa at least they make up a big chunk of your paper 3s. even niche things you can get questioned on and they're so annoying to revise for right now with all the content to remember too
