Also, given the size of wallet, likely this party has $10B+ net worth, so if it's family office, that narrows it down to 70 or so people.
Nation state level also possible, even a small sovereign.

But just know the next bearmarket bottom could be higher than $42k, say BTC tops at $150k, 70% retracement is $45k
