Examples of some possible reasons:.— Concert timing is too tight. An added 3 min VCR could mean cutting a song. Some venues charge extra for staying past time, which could happen w/ 10 minutes of VCR + talking. — No non-busy staff that can manage and execute this surprise. .

btw the one thing i will say is that there are groups that don't change outfits at concerts. dreamcatcher usually performs with different outfits at every stop rather than the same outfits at every stop. they stay on the stage the whole time & do longer ments + more interactions.
