If Aptos were to explore super teams, where should they begin?

I started my journey in the tech industry back in 2012 as a CEO staff intern. Since then, my dream has always been to support the brightest minds—whether it's the founders I worked for as a BD/PO, or those I invested in as an investor. In crypto, finding genuinely brilliant minds can be challenging. Often, being financially successful (no matter what) takes center stage in this industry. But I still believe that, based on my experience working with countless founders and teams, I can recognize those who come close to what we call the "brightest minds" in tech.
