@AppleSupport I’ve been on text for over an hour. Then send to a phone call and I knew better than the agent what needed to be done. Very poor support. Haven’t contacted Apple in many years, have Apple + on many devices. Disappointed.

@AppleSupport Just got my iPhone 15 pro max. This is my 9th iPhone. the set up was painful. It would not connect to my Ultra watch. Had to reset everything and start as if a new, dropped all my complications, and took 2 hours of my life. this is my fourth watch. Unsat.
