Justice Margaret Muigai has postponed plea-taking for 12 police officers linked to Baby Pendo's murder to March 3, 2025. Gives DPP Ingonga 30 days to arrest and present retired officer Mohamed Baa, believed to be in Somalia, for trial. We will issue a statement shortly.
