@JoeyMannarinoUS Would you want someone talking about you on social media? Even if you’re 100% right, is this the high road?

@elonmusk The military considers it more important than mission. I’m a mil pilot. I’ve had flights cancelled for an admin task like online trainings, travel vouchers, etc. for certain positions there can be dozens of hours of training that must be completed on a recurring basis

@drmoneymatters @Tysingerlaw 2) the glucose and A1C are lagging indicators occurring after organ damage and severe metabolic dysfunction. Why not give the patient the benefit of the 5-10 year head start?

@drmoneymatters @Tysingerlaw 1) I take your point on patient motivation. But hear me out on one point. Adding fasting insulin to standard of care test panels is cheap (<$20 test) and when combined with FBG can generate a HOMA-IR. The HOMA is a leading indicator on insulin resistance vs the glucose

@drmoneymatters @Tysingerlaw I do not mean to be rude. Patients are just tired of never attacking the root cause with the person in the room that is most qualified to help them do so.

@drmoneymatters @Tysingerlaw You could absolutely help with lifestyle you just can’t do it with a prescription pad. If you considered yourself more than a pez dispenser your talents might make all the difference.

@drmoneymatters 1) you didn’t provide a meaningful justification to why you don’t order testing outside of insurance guidelines and 2) you didn’t bother to explain why the tests he talks about are not useful. Full tilt ad hominem followed by trust me

@DrNadolsky Help the uneducated. Why is teaching patients to eat better and lower their blood pressure through lifestyle modification a bad thing?

@BrentAWilliams2 Which doesn’t work because the ecosystem of food is completely messed up, with the lowest $/cal going to hollow, ultra processed, high sugar, low fiber, and refined carb nonsense.

@TheReclusiveEye @sceptre1067 @Riley_Gaines_ This particular vaccination does what for the child? It’s well established it didn’t do much for Covid and does carry cardiac risk. She’s a cardiac patient.

@sceptre1067 @Riley_Gaines_ There is no analytical framework in which taking the vaccine made or makes sense for kids. The disease wasn’t killing the children, the vaccine was associated with adverse events in children. So your argument boils down to follow the rules blindly.

@DrNadolsky The reason why nobody trusts docs. Here’s a thing it can help you, since I can’t really solve your problem just stay on this stuff until you’re 6 ft under. Don’t look at the adverse events, lord knows I didn’t consider those when I wrote the script

@thelowcarb_rd The world is a lonely evil place at times. That poor child. The depravity needed to starve your own offspring is unfathomable. It’s pure unadulterated evil.

@thelowcarb_rd With all of the emerging evidence that’s beginning to implicate metabolic health in mental illness that doesn’t surprise me. Still with the couple I’m surprised the judge didn’t buy it, it is kind of a compelling legal defense notwithstanding the evil parents.

@SBakerMD What’s your take on the fact that some of the gut bacteria like fiber? Isn’t the pro fiber argument that it’s supportive of a healthy Microbiome?
