I do VGM arrangements, mostly metal. Sometimes full synth, sometimes counting with talented artists playing for me. Sometimes I ruin it with silly vocals too.

It's party time in Lhasa, and everyone is invited! World/metal/funk/whatever (it's complicated!) arrangement of #terranigma featuring talented artists like @IanMartynMusic, @DeLuxDolemite, @tibonev, @krobonil and more!

@Audio_Mocha Well, slow or not, you can draw it, and that's a cool skill to have because you can put your own ideas in your music's artworks without anyone's help :)

@Slapstick_8 Yeah, I confess I'm guilty of ignoring Robotrek for a long time, too. It has some of the best ideas and concepts, but admitedly some things are a bit tedious and can understand why it's not as appealing (maybe a romhack to mitiagate difficulty, fix issues, etc would help)

@theWellRedMage It's funny, because I'm totally into japanese RPGs, but the first RPG I remember playing was Secret of Evermore, which is "made in the US". My taste is more into the 90s obscure stuff, tho (Quintet games, Tales of Phantasia, Treasure of the Rudras, etc)

@Slapstick_8 Yeah, it's just sad how criminally overlooked Robotrek is. I mean, all Quintet games are underrated, but Robotrek probably gets the worst part. Actraiser seems to be the only one getting a decent amount of remixes, but that's perhaps because Yuzo Koshiro's popularity boasts it.

@FantasyAnime When I first discovered Tales of Phantasia I couldn't believe how far the SNES could go, but Star Ocean went even farther (even though personally I like Phantasia more overall). Awesome games :)

@retroelin @theWellRedMage I don't think FF7 is bad; it's actually pretty good, but certainly it's too much overrated and its fanbase is often like a cult worshiping an unquestionable god. Terranigma is an amazing masterpiece, but even then I wouldn't say it's perfect (nothing is perfect ta all!).

@cleaming_ Haha funny coincidence. Not wanna make spam, but I did exactly that with my new album: track 1 starts like 11 does, inspired by how Black Sabbath started their first album like their latest album ended.
