At Unity Works, our vision is an inclusive world where people with a learning disability who want to work, can work. Over the past year, we supported 274 people with a learning disability to attend 136 interviews, with 67 people securing jobs! #EmpDay24 #WorkingforBetterWork

Great to see the supported internship programme at @KingsCollegeNHS highlighted as part of #learningdisabilityweek. We provide supported employment to deliver tailored support to empower interns to succeed and develop in their career aspirations.
📸 Last week, we marked #LearningDisabilityAwarenessWeek by having info stands at King's College Hospital and the PRUH. Staffed by our @dfnsearch interns, who have a learning disability and/or autism. As part of our BOLD vision, we're striving to be an inclusive organisation.
