@BankofIndia_IN My netbanking is locked. Your branch is not providing ATM ready kit and advising not to apply for ATMs since they do not reach the residence. You do not allow resetting net banking with otp while many other leading banks do. Should I continue as your customer?

@HondaCarIndia Your towing van took the vehicle at around 7 pm yesterday. Till now he has not delivered it in the service centre. He said that he has not received payment and because of that he will not deliver the car until he receives payment. Is it how you serve your customers?

@RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw We are in Padatik Express (12377). It is illegitimately delaying(4hr+) and we are stuck. Train is being halted without platform access. We are out of food. Water leakage issue is there. Are we paying the huge sum of money in premium tatkal for this?

@canarabank @FinMinIndia Dear Canara Bank, in spite of all your officials' false commitments, till now the Govt Service Payment that I made, is not yet updated in GRIPS portal after 36 hours. @nsitharaman madam, please look into the the negligence of the Canara Bank Officers.

@canarabank @Shahruk59202578 You people are very much responsive where the customer has made any mistake. What about your mistakes??? Almost 36 hours passed, many of your officers' commitments of timeline have failed. What the hell you do other than causing difficulties to customer?

@canarabank 22 hours passed. Till now the issue is not resolved. Govt fees payments are urgent issues, but it seems really tough to make you understand that. @FinMinIndia please keep an eye over the lackluster attitude of Canara Bank.
