IMO I think the value of some variants should depreciate over time.

Moon Knight should be a 3/4 or 3/5.
Discarders have higher stats to compensate for the fact they’re discarding cards from your hand (Lady Sif, Silver Samurai, Sword Master, Colleen Wing, Hellcow - hell, even Blade).

‘Arishem & the Tall Boys’ sounds like an obscure indie band but it also makes for a fun point-slam deck.
Zero cancels out Attuma or Typhoid Mary (though Mary is nice at Shang-proofing the other tall boys) and Phoenix Force is a contingency for people eager to play Shang early.
