If your emails are actually good, you can send a lot of them “But we don’t want to annoy our customers” The only reason your customers are getting annoyed is because you’re sending them terrible sales-based emails 0 actual value, just plugging some ‘% off’ discount or other offer to make quick sales Actually provide value in your emails and make it something your customers look forward to reading - save the salesy emails for product drops and holidays If you do that you could send them 3 emails a day without them getting annoyed
