Anyone with #Parkinsons should join the class online tomorrow at 2pm U.K. time. Laura the instructor is a highly qualified neuro physio and will give you a real boost. I did the session a couple of weeks ago with @ukyopd @Garen_1927 and was highly impressed. Working tomorrow tho

Amazing news for #Parkinsons football. ⚽️ The @parkinsonscup joining forces with the #raykennedycup to host the tournament in the U.K. 2021 and Barcelona in 2022 to coincide with @WorldPDCongress !!
We are pleased to announce the collaboration between Ray Kennedy Cup and Sport Parkinson’s in the UK for future #Parkinsons ⚽️tournaments. Next year, we will join forces to host a single tournament in the U.K., in July
