Of course, the problem with this suggestion is that fascists' primary motivation is not having to personally deal with the complexity of the world. They will do anything, including dissolving the entire higher education system, to not have to think through a solution themselves.

I realized that this thread should've just been my own response 😑
But it would be a lot less effort to make universities more functional. The new institutions would also need to work out how to limit admin bloat and achieve higher compensation. It seems a lot easier to just legally mandate universities to do that right now.
