This looks terrible and I'm betting the models, skins and half of the textures were simply stolen or made manually by unpaid artists...
Please, do not give a single cent to anyone pretending they have an ai to make game ready models for Minecraft 1/?

Not only you won't get anything of decent quality out of it, but this is most certainly not even AI generated. If you truly want some textures or models, there are litteraly hundreds of talented artists out there.
Even getting into modeling/texturing and trying to make things 2/?

I'll use this as a small clarification post. The block sets will now be part of one large mod focused around building blocks expanding Minecraft's block sets. However, there is still ANOTHER large mod focused on adding new "vanilla-like" biomes and features !

You've got a point though, minecraft isn't really perfect when it comes to representing stone and crystals. I have yet to see a perfect cubic meter of obsidian, let alone a pickaxe made of diamond 😅

Some people like having choice. Heck, it's not even about overloading the game with blocks, simply completing uncomplete blocksets with variations that already exist in some vanilla blocksets.
It's just a mod, no one is forced to use it...
