Thanks to my @DukeEnergy colleagues who put on today’s annual dam safety training for the lower Catawba hydro group. It’s always so informative and a rare opportunity to gather together. I learn something new every year and feel a renewed sense of confidence in our EAPs.

Last night we held an informational meeting in Chester to answer questions from the community about our ongoing voltage conversion project which will improve reliability, increase capacity and modernize the area’s electric grid. Thanks to all the engaged citizens that attended!💡

The Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce Annual Winter Soirée was wonderful as always. It was a special pleasure to present this year’s @DukeEnergy Citizenship & Service Award to Bruce Brumfield of @foundersfcu for his steadfast commitment to serving his communities 🤝

Today is a full day of Chester County fun beginning with the Chester Development Association Annual Banquet featuring Lt. Governor @PamelaEvette as the special guest speaker. We celebrated the many economic successes of the county and refocused ourselves for the year ahead.

Celebrating the incredible work of the Catawba Council of Government with 300+ friends. The economic impact of this group on our community is unmatched.

We started off this week by assisting students at the Chester Career Center pack backpacks for their weekend feeding program. In addition, we had the pleasure of presenting the @Chester_Schools with a $5,000 check from the @DukeEnergy Foundation to financially support the program

As part of the @DukeEnergy Foundation’s monthlong campaign to support feeding initiatives, this group of Duke Energy employees presented a check to the Fort Lawn Community Center and spent several hours volunteering today to help prep for tomorrow’s countywide food distribution.
