We're off to Saxty's in Hereford this morning for a 'Meet the Foodie' event, with tasters of our amazing real cider. If you're a local restaurant, pub, bar, hotel, wine shop, farm shop looking to stock some proper local cider, do pop in, 11.30am to 2pm. @EatSleepLiveHfd

Far too few independent pubs actually stock proper cider from small independent producers these days so imagine how thrilled I was to be called up by the @restinghare asking for a pump clip for our still Browns variety cider, supplied by @therealalco hats off!

Please don’t panic buy Ty Gwyn Cider, this reprehensible behaviour deprives other lovers of real craft cider. Our van driver shortage is being sorted some time in the next twelve to eighteen months so please maintain normal purchasing habits.

Top online cider sellers @CraftyNectar are going great guns on us at the moment, with our Black and Browns cider going in their fruit cider gift box, our med dry Kingston Black in their May box and our Dabinett Medium available in their market place.

Lockdown has been massively tough for Ty Gwyn Cider as you can imagine but I’m delighted to report that many are keeping faith with real artisan craft cider makers. This little lot is off to Holland courtesy of the amazing @Ciderwinkel. Cheers!

Fantastic that we made this excellent list posted by @CraftyNectar We worked hard to make an artisan cider maker's take on this somewhat maligned category (!) mixing a vat aged Browns variety cider with fresh blackcurrant juice from @PixleyBerries Enjoy!

Full marks to @HfdsCouncil for calling me up today and keeping me posted re the grant for small businesses, much appreciated. Hopefully this will go some way towards helping fill the hole in lost sales. Now just need HMRC Excise to listen and cancel duty for all drinks makers...

Like many in Ty Gwyn Cider’s sector, I don’t know how we as a business will get through this but I know that we will continue to ensure that the cider we currently have in the vat will be the best it can possibly be no matter what the future holds. Vat washing + racking off today

Very excited to be heading to Ledbury tomorrow to collect our award from Hereford CAMRA for our Festival Ferret Dabinett Medium Draught Cider which won second prize in 'Cider of the Festival' at the Beer on The Wye Festival in the Summer. We are chuffed to bits!
