It is truly hard to put into words how badly the ABA mis-stepped with this document. First, "constitutionally protected birthright citizenship" - well, "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" needs to be clarified by the Supreme Court, and I believe that's why Trump did what he did. He knew it would be immediately fought in court and eventually clarified. USAID was created by XO. The Executive Branch can do whatever they want with it. The ABA has ZERO say in the matter. Trying to say there is something anywhere which validates anything propped up to "enhance diversity" would not stand up for 30 seconds in court. I think this letter was written by the DNC, not the ABA. They just followed orders and posted it. The ABA is dead to me now.
