It’s because all “governments” you speak of are actually corporations and they all roll up (like franchises) and have to follow the same basic corporate codes. When living souls stop acting like corporations (artificial fictions) the corporations have no power.

This applies to federal employees and those who volunteer to be citizens of the U.S. Corporation (as defined in 28 U.S. Code § 3002). Income tax paid to the IRS is voluntary (26 CFR § 601.602) - you volunteer by signing their contracts.

Did you know your SSN account has a credit side (XXXXXXXXX) and a debt side (XXX-XX-XXXX)? You can use form 56 to assign Sec of the Treasury as the fiduciary of your SSN - making them responsible for settling any income taxes “owed” using the credit side

But, if you contracted to be a citizen of the US Corporation then you have to follow the corporations rules. Get yourself a passport as an American National to correct the contract you made with the Corporation and you can travel freely - no license or registration required.

It’s not “if” income tax is voluntary - it is voluntary. Read 26 CFR § 601.602. Contract Law: Contracts MUST be voluntary between both parties or they are void. IRS forms are contracts. Check my free course to learn how to legally revoke your contract with the IRS.

Only corporations and federal employees have to pay taxes. Everyone else voluntarily contracts when they sign IRS forms. Form 56 sent to IRS can be used to revoke your election to pay income taxes. Then W8BEN to your employer to stop withholdings.

Act as creditor by properly endorsing security instruments. When you fill out a “credit” application (with your SSN) the bank considers it a gift, they take the “gift” & turn around & loan the “money” back to you with interest UNLESS you sign the application as the creditor.
We The People are NOT debtors, we're creditors. They told us we're the debtors & we believed it. When they forgive debt, they're forgiving their own debt, therefore we get nothing as the creditors. But we'll be happy bc we owe nothing.

Form 56 is filed with the IRS at the beginning and end of a fiduciary relationship — one where one person is responsible for the assets of another. Form 56 must also be filed whenever a fiduciary relationship changes.
