Be willing to learn and unlearn.
So powerful 👊🏽
Parenting is the hardest job I’ve ever had.
You lose yourself and question your decisions 90% of the time.
My kids ask me if I’ve learned how to be a mom at “parent school.” I wish. Little do they know, they are my teachers.
Here are 5 things my kids have taught me:
I wrote a

children’s book. Inspired by my own children, a labor of love for the next generation.

1. Happiness is a state of mind. Kids have a way of creating joy wherever they go — whether it be a long car ride, an early morning travel day or bad weather, kids find the joy in those moments. They remind me that happiness is a choice we get to make every moment.
5. Be imaginative. Kids have a magical way of transforming their realities into thoughtfully crafted story lines. They truly make the most mundane of things into theatrical performances. It serves as a daily reminder to remain playful.
4. Stay curious. Yes, as a parent, the endless questions can be exhausting. But also, how magical? How inspiring to witness these little humans eager to learn, asking the simple and hard questions fearlessly?
3. Be unapologetically yourself. Where to begin? Kids are unfiltered, unconditioned and authentic. I often listen to my kids and think: they’re saying exactly what every adult is thinking but is too afraid to say out loud.
Ran into a friend from hs who has my book. She told me her son recognized Ricky’s head covering and ran to let her know it’s a patka!
This is what it’s all about. Ricky may be my inspiration for the book, but these stories are my fuel.

2.Feel your feelings. When a child is upset, they cry. When they feel joy, they squeal with excitement. When they feel angry, they throw a toy. We are conditioned to suppress our emotions and be “strong,” when in actuality, the true strength is to feel the “good and bad.”
A substitute teacher at my daughters school sent this note home for me. Warms my heart ❤️ Thank you to everyone who has purchased a copy. Means the 🌎 to see so much support!

All of the above. Im an entrepreneur. I run a 3 person company, responsible for the growth of two children. Always investing time and energy into their development. 😊
I’m a mother longing to bring more life into this world. I had to “abort” 4 pregnancies in the past 18 months, for myself and for my kids. To think that getting proper treatment for MY BODY is now a privilege is unfathomable. Shame on you America and shame on you, Missouri.
Abortion isn’t just for a woman who accidentally got pregnant. It’s for women who were victims of rape. It’s for women longing to be mothers, who were unable to, and need safe treatment. In the last year, I have been part of that 3rd group-that right got stripped away yesterday
Proud wife! Lucky our kids have you as an example of what - hard work, resilience, passion and most importantly, having fun while doing it - looks like 💙

1 mo ago, we boarded an early morning flight from Milan to Frankfurt.
My daughter left her backpack on the flight. It had her ABSOLUTE most impt possessions

I’m often asked if it was difficult to write my book — honestly, this never felt like “work.”
This book always felt purposeful and from my heart. When I wrote the manuscript, I told
@jspujji
repeatedly that this was a book I could see myself reading to our kids at night.
Dear anyone who gets it,
I’m on the mask/vaccine bus 🚌 But,
I’m also looking forward to the day my kids can have a cold/cough without getting sent home for a PCR test.
Sincerely,
A tired mom
This week, I welcomed my 3rd child into the world.
So much of what I was told about fatherhood was wrong, so I made my own list.
Here are my 19 tips for making this journey work:
1/ Don’t make it either/or.
Too many of my friends either downshift to focus on family or don’t

Never forget. ❤️🤍💙

Parenting is filled with emotional highs and lows. Pride and humiliation. Anger and love and everything in between.
While many of my strategies are trial and error, here are 4 principals I’ve stuck with since day 1 and have shaped my parenting.

told me not to engage with trolls, but I have to say, anyone who reads this thread and comes out w/ a negative reaction is in need of more LOVE. Give yourself a hug. Do something that sparks joy. When you try to put sometime else down, you don’t rise. You go lower. 💛
