I had a stroke and couldn’t speak (brain damage so bad I forgot how to). Centrelink decided I wasn’t disabled just based on that. That to me, shows how anti-support they are.
I ended up relearning how to speak again, but can’t imagine how hard it would be for someone who didn’t.
