i also squirm on my bed for a good 30 minutes before bed bcs it “doesn’t feel right”, i also dont wear makeup despite wanting to bcs i “can’t stand the feeling of something on my face”, and i don’t wear perfume despite wanting to bcs everything smells “too sweet” or “too strong”

id like to think my sensory issues arent THAT bad, but i also wrap my things from top and bottom with double plastic bags like a hazmat suit when i want to put it in the community fridge bcs i DETEST the smell of the fridge, so…….
