I’m trying to do something that no black child has ever done. I’m building a legacy business, big enough to take on the likes of your DSV, DHL and the Fedex’s of this world!
But it’s damn hard. Please help me by making

famous.
Please hit like and repost !!
My goal was to hit a million likes and retweet’s. I know it was a toll order to reach.I’m so desperate to make
#brimalogistics
famous. I’m gonna lower my request to 100K likes and retweet’s. Please help me to make it famous.
I started my career as a logistics clerk, became a logistics supervisor, then a logistics manager and only after 12 YEARS I became CEO of my own logistics company.
And lately, I spend most of my time telling my story as to how BRIMA evolved and how I made it.
Interestingly so
Thank you Mr President for easing lockdown and as we prepare to enter level 3. We can now prepare to bring our 40 laid off employees back. Our company is still not yet out of the woods. But I’m confident with them back on board. We can propel the company forward.
#brimalogistics
Today I’m the most happiest person. Our employees who were laid off are back on board. We’re going to use what’s left of Brima’s mighty strength to navigate this pandemic. Please pray for our company and many other struggling SMMES.

Meet ME, Tshepo Mekoa. The founder and CEO of
#Brimalogistics
. I’m the first employee of Brima & I started this company in 2005 with a truck & a dream. Brima is a level 1 company & it strives for nothing but excellence. Brima is proudly South African 🇿🇦.
I get this question a lot “How did you start?”
I STARTED off as a logistics CLERK, became a logistics SUPERVISOR, then a logistics MANAGER and only after 12 YEARS I became CEO of my OWN logistics company.
We all have to start somewhere. Don’t let go of the vision. 🤞🏽
Two months ago we were a company facing vertical growth and hiring more people. Then coronavirus came. It hit us so hard that this week we had to lay off 40 employees. Laying off staff was the hardest thing I had to do. Can someone please wake me and tell me it was just a dream.
Well let me shoot my shot again at the attempt to get 100K retweet’s and likes for . I have failed a number of times. I’m calling all my tweeter friends from all of the country to help me make this 100% proudly South African company FAMOUS. Please help me.
I started this BRAND 16 years ago with ONE Truck and a DREAM.
14 years later we have 6 branches, a large fleet, established departments. It has not been easy. BUT one thing that has not changed, is the DREAM. The DREAM to become BIGGER and BETTER!
Happy 16th Birthday Brima!
For the past 18 years. My team and I have been WORKING hard in making this BRAND of ours FAMOUS. Please HELP us BY HITTING like and Re-Posting our black excellence brand!!
#brimalogistics
Fellow South Africans, I’m still struggling to get million retweet’s & likes for I was told it’s a difficult task to achieve. But I believe it can be done. I appeal to all the celebrities, journalists and everyone to help me achieve this goal.

Our staff members who own 10% of Brima Logitics, assured me that after the lockdown. They are coming back to rebuild the brand. They assured me that the Brima will not go down without a fight. They told me that they are with me all the way.
#Brimalogistics
#CoronaVirusSA
This was suppose to be the year of twenty plenty. It’s now the year of twenty empty. Our goal now is to stay in business. Our brand is on survival mode. But this shall pass. This Brand will not go down without a fight.

I GIVE UP on our government. Not even a single PPE’s work came our way. I have made numerous proposals to government on PPE’s distribution and not even a single response. Government’s work is only 0.001% of our turnover. Private Sector, WE appreciate your on going support.
The moment has finally arrived as from 17June. We are moving into our new warehouse. We are excited with our move. I believe after what we went through. We need something that gives us hope and say it’s all gonna be Okay. But I must say this COVID-19 has showed us FIRE 🔥.
The new babies of our fleet have arrived. What’s next is to wrap them up on Brima Colours.
To think that three years ago I was close to giving up on the Brima Dream.
If you could see me smile right now….

It took me 12 years to finally work on the business not in the business. And that was after attending
#aurik
for three years.
#coronavirus
somehow managed to get me back into the business. Even my first truck ’the old lady’ is back on the road after having retired for 2 years.
17 Years ago I believed in this dream.
17 Years later, I STILL believe!
It has been
17 years of HARD WORK
17 years of SACRIFICE
17 years of DETERMINATION
Here's to another 17 years of GROWING!
Happy Birthday

I have been BLESSED to see Brima being born, crawl, stand up, fall down, dust itself off, crawl, walk and RUN again.
It takes TIME.
With JUST few days left before this horrible YEAR ends.
#Brimalogistics
has managed to reHire employees that were laid off, moved to a new warehouse and our volumes have returned to normality.
Against all odds, our Brand is refusing to go down in the mist of this COVID19 pandemic. By putting up a strong fight and pulling its last strength to stay alive, God has kept this wounded BRAND of ours alive. Thank you God.

My goal has always been to launch
#Brimalogistics
when we GET to SIX branches . It took us 14 YEARS to open six branches. In this 14 YEARS. Hard lessons were learned. Hence my book is titled the 14 Year STARTUP!!!
#blackchilditspossible
#brimacafe
has had to navigate almost 4 months of limited trade during the lockdown restrictions, This position is not sustainable in the long term with no indication as to when the liquor ban will be lifted & as such we have decided to temporary lay off staff & close the cafe.
Today marks a milestone achievement for me , my staff and Brima Logistics. My staff became 10% shareholders of Brima Logitics and shares were transferred at no cost to them. No vendor financing deal or something like that.
I’m on the floor right now. I’m happy to see our volumes shooting up. Forklift running around and vehicles being loaded.Level 3 has unlocked some customers. Slowly but surely we getting there. Things are happening.

When I STARTED just about EVERYONE said my IDEA of CREATING a REVERSE LOGISTICS company won’t work. The industry is CAPITAL intensive and “NO BLACK” person has ever made IT and my venture won’t see a year. Banks SAID “NO” to me over 5000 time in over 18 Years. But at the end of
This rand manipulation can’t be swept under the carpet.
These banks must be taken to task. It can’t be just business as usual.
The question to ask is ‘How are we going to ensure that this doesn’t happen in the future”

Meet our team, who had to make sacrifices by taking a 50% salary cut due to the Pandemic from April to June. With their dedication to this Brand, I’m happy to announce that we are now able to increase their salary scale to 75%. Without them, none of this would’ve been possible.
