⚽️ LEADERS ⚽️ Our girls took part in the @YouthSportTrust ‘Go Lead’ course on Tuesday at Bolton Arena, looking at building their roles as football leaders and ambassadors for our school!

🏸 BADMINTON 🏸 We played out last fixture of the season yesterday against @BSBDSport with some Y11 students playing their last ever game for school and some Y8 students playing in their first! 😊 Well done to all for an action packed season! 👏

🏀 BASKETBALL 🏀 A defeat, two draws and two wins for our Y7 basketballers at @SmithillsSchool in tonight’s final festival this year. 😊 Huge thank you to Mr Pearson at Smithills for organising and hosting all the basketball over the last couple of terms. 👏

⚽️ FOOTBALL ⚽️ Our Y10 boys enjoyed a festival at Canon Slade this evening. Lots of fun had! Thank you to @CanonSladePE for organising and hosting. 👏

🏃‍♀️ GM Cross Country 🏃‍♂️ A special mention to Nathaniel in Y11 who finished 8th in his respective event and qualified to represent Greater Manchester Schools at the National Championships in Sussex! 🙌 Well done Nathaniel! 💪🏽

🏃‍♂️ GM Cross Country 🏃‍♀️ We had a number of students who represented Bolton at the GM Cross Country Championships this weekend at Heaton Park. Well done to Aine B, Daniel T, George P, Cassius N, Daniel A, Nathaniel K and Freddie B who all performed well in tough conditions! 👏

🏸 BADMINTON 🏸 Our badminton team had a tough evening against a strong Canon Slade team with lots of close games, building their experience. 🙌 Thank you to @CanonSladePE for the fixture. 👏

🏀 BASKETBALL 🏀 Our Y8/9 basketball team enjoyed the tournament at Smithills this evening, winning 3 out of their 6 games. 👏 Y7 next week in the last tournament this year.

🏀 BASKETBALL 🏀 Our Y10/11 basketball team enjoyed last night’s festival at @SmithillsSchool. Lots of games played and points scored. 👏 Y8/9 next week.

🔴 BOCCIA 🔵 Our Boccia team had an amazing day at Bolton Arena today taking part in the Bolton Schools competition at Bolton Arena. Thank you to all @bolton_sport, @OfficialBWITC and @Panathlon for organising! 🤩

⚽️ FOOTBALL ⚽️ Well done to our Y11 boys who reached the Bolton Cup Final tonight after a really close game against Turton. The game was played in great spirit. 👏

🔵 LEADERSHIP 🔴 A huge well done to our Y9 leaders who were active at the Bolton Schools Boccia Competition. Our students demonstrated amazing patience, enthusiasm and empathy, working with students with a wide range of needs. 🤩 We had lots of positive comments. 😊

🏊‍♀️ SWIMMING 🏊‍♀️ Our students took part in the Bolton Schools Swimming Championships at Bolton One yesterday. Thank you to @BSBDSport for organising again. 👏 Well done to all our swimmers and especially to those winning their respective events! 🥇

⚽️ FOOTBALL ⚽️ Our girls football teams enjoyed two close fixtures against Little Lever last night, with positive results! 👏 🏆 Y11 Boys play Turton at home in the Bolton Cup SF tomorrow 🍽️ Y10 boys play Kearsley away in the Bolton Plate R1 on Friday!

🏏 CRICKET 🏏 Our U15 girls cricket team enjoyed a great day at Bolton Arena yesterday taking part in the Bolton Indoor Competition. We enjoyed really competitive games against Turton and Bolton and we are looking forward to the next round after February half-term. 💪🏽
