i have been writing books for 7 years and i am not good at it! i have read so many craft books, attended workshops on scholarships, and had crit groups and beta readers -
and i am STILL not good at writing!!
So. In the interest of setting a better example: I have put A LOT of work over the last few years into learning to write fiction and I'm still not great at it.
I put more effort into becoming a better writer in the past three years than I put into law school. By a wide margin.
