Paul Jacobs spot on this am on @CNBC Apple is the first mover in D2D and the one to watch The partnership with @Globalstar made satellite connectivity available for hundreds of millions of devices. No Super Bowl ad required ;) @EchoStar S-Band remains a wild card

If they could have had Elon in the T-Mobile box they would have do so Ad shows how close they are and how they will deliver visible cool stuff for the Chairman to support Escalating perceived commitment of both parties, thatโs why people are talking about it today After all, they ran an ad for a previously announced beta and opened beta up to ESIMโs from other carriers Perhaps the FCC was pushing for this policy?

Letting Verizon and AT&T customers access the Starlink service may have in fact been a requirement of Starlink to let T-Mobile run the ad They do not yet want to go to war with the carriers and fully align with the Germans Starlink recently indicated that T-Mobile was the initial partner, but not the exclusive partner. Itโs in Starlinkโs economic interest to run the service as a wholesale platform versus working with a specific and single company In fact, the pricing indicates this may in fact be the case which bag is the question how is it built a lot more complicated than the Super Bowl ad hype may imply
