@healthapiguy There also needs to be mandated data interoperability for patients to obtain their own data from multiple providers and control access to their health record. Unlikely people carry around USB sticks with their but cloud services will pop up to fill the gap (RIP Google Health)

@garrytan It's a "donut" we also need unskilled laborers: farm workers picking crops in 100° heat, meat packers, etc. Seasonal worker permits? And permanent citizenship path for American university PhDs in certain scientific fields.

(Obviously) My company, Picture Health, is one of those helping doctors do something humans cannot do. It would be nice if you also feature clinical decision support AI to give listeners a balanced view. We should not fear AI, we should worry about how bad actors use it...
