@_jameshatfield_ I literally had two separate bankers tell me how pissed they were they couldn't grant me a HELOC because of CFPB rules (one even mentioned Liz Warren!). Not to brag, but I have an 820+ credit score, and enough assets to support a HELOC; they weren't *ALLOWED* to give me one!🫩

The CFPB's motto may as well be "we want to protect you from your own choices." In starting my liquor business, its "we know what's good for you better than you do" rules prevented me from getting a HELOC. CFPB is a scourge on the markets and on entrepreneurship.

@PhilipWegmann CFPB rules (per several bankers I spoke to) prevented me from getting a HELOC for my new liquor business because I had quit my job to start the business, and didn't have income... even though I was a perfect candidate for a HELOC before Liz Warren got into it.

@TigersBaseball2 @redsteeze @ArmandDoma @jonfavs SNL has better particle board sets which they toss out week to week. The only way that was $136K is if Kamala used conflict-free, sustainably sourced particle board, assembled by union craftsmen.

To close the ceremonies, I created a minor stir on the dance floor, with velvet from shoes (Photo 2) to blazer. One highlight: I was recognized! I was dancing, in full unabashed glory, when a guy approached me (I had been speaking with him earlier) and asked me if I were a @nationals fan, known as The Mayor (hat tip to my namers, the beer vendors, circa 2008!). I was, apparently, an absolute delight to his son years ago. To paraphrase Roy Orbison, "I just hope to be remembered!"
